Choose the owner first
Shared Todos and files belong to an Organization. Sessions and Entitlements belong to a User. A Thread belongs to both one User and one Organization. Follow these owners through the contract, authorization check, transaction and client query key.
Each guide names the implementation files, extension path and operational limits. Architectural decisions remain in the ADRs.
